ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES

In our production process we use cutting-edge technologies such as 3D scanning, 3D modeling on Solidworks, filament 3D printing (FFF) production by melting filaments and resin 3D printing (SLA) which works by exposing a layer of liquid resin photosensitive to a ray of light (UV) which causes the resin to solidify (resulting in very high precision). These technologies allow us to transform creative ideas into tangible realities with precision and speed.

PROCESSES AND MATERIALS

Our processes include CNC milling and turning, flat, tube and 3D laser cutting. We use a wide range of metal materials, from the finest such as copper and brass, to the most resistant such as stainless steel. We work with many other materials such as wood, fabric or glass. We work with blown glass, thanks to a close collaboration with New Glass, one of the most important glassworks in Veneto.

The finishes are treated with attention to the smallest details, with liquid and powder painting processes or with galvanization and satin finishing processes.
